CompliTrst™ Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 25, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the CompliTrst™ Partner Program (the "Program") operated by CompliTrst™, Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us"). By participating in the Program, you ("Partner," "you") agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
  • You may not promote CompliTrst™ services in a deceptive or unethical manner.
  • Only approved Partners may receive referral payments.

2. Referral Process

  • You will receive a unique referral link provided by CompliTrst™.
  • Referrals must sign up through your unique link to be attributed to you.
  • Referrals are considered successful when the referred client becomes a paying customer.

3. Commission & Payouts

  • One-Time Bonus: $300 one-time payout for each new client who signs up and pays for the CompliTrst™ monthly subscription.
  • Recurring Commission: 20% of the client's monthly fee ($444), equaling $88.80/month for every month the referral remains active.
  • Payments are processed monthly on or after the 1st of each month.
  • Payments will be made via PayPal, Zelle, or another agreed-upon method.
  • You are responsible for any tax obligations associated with your earnings.

4. Referral Validity

  • Referrals must sign up within 90 days of clicking your link.
  • Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in removal from the program.
  • CompliTrst™ reserves the right to reject any referral at our sole discretion.

5. Use of Materials

  • You may use the tools provided by CompliTrst™ (badge, flyer, templates) for promotional purposes only.
  • You may not misrepresent CompliTrst™ or present yourself as an employee or agent.

6. Code of Conduct

Partners are expected to:

  • Represent the brand professionally.
  • Avoid spam, misrepresentation, or coercive sales tactics.
  • Respect facility owners' privacy and autonomy.
  • Refrain from sharing non-public training materials or internal documents.

7. Portal Access & Certification

  • All partners must complete the Partner Certification Portal.
  • Completion is required before referral tracking and payouts are activated.
  • Portal materials are confidential and intended for partner use only.

8. Termination

  • You may leave the program at any time by emailing: partners@complitrst.com.
  • CompliTrst™ may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violation of this agreement or conduct deemed harmful to the brand.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or partner portal announcements. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

CompliTrst™ is not responsible for lost earnings due to platform outages, user error, or technical issues. CompliTrst™ makes no guarantees regarding potential earnings.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Do I need to train or onboard the facility after I refer them? +
No. Your only role is to refer the facility. We handle all demos, onboarding, and support directly with the client.
How much do I earn for each referral? +
You earn a $300 referral bonus for every facility that signs up through your link, plus 20% monthly recurring commission for as long as they remain an active subscriber.
Is there a limit to how many facilities I can refer? +
No. There's no cap. You can refer as many facilities as you want.
Who can I refer? +
You can refer any licensed or soon-to-be-licensed facility in Florida that operates under APD, DCF, or AHCA — including group homes, ALFs, and residential programs.
How do I track my referrals and payouts? +

Once you're approved, you'll receive a unique referral link.

We use this link to privately track all activity connected to your referrals. You'll receive a monthly report showing:

  • How many people clicked your link
  • How many completed the application
  • How many became paying clients

Referral activity is tracked for 90 days from the first click, giving you credit even if someone signs up later. No login is required — your report comes directly to your email.

How do I get paid? +

Referral bonuses and monthly commissions are processed after the referred facility completes onboarding and payment.

Here's how it works:

  • Referral Reports Sent: 1st of each month
  • Payouts Processed: By the 5th of each month

You'll be paid via the method you selected during onboarding, and you'll receive a detailed breakdown of each referral and payout amount.

Do I need to live in Florida to become a partner? +
No. You just need to know or be connected to facility owners in Florida.
Is this an affiliate program? +
No. This is a direct partner referral opportunity — not a public affiliate program. All partners are approved individually.
